At 22 feet this is where measuring the drive starts to matter. The truck needs about 60 feet of straight approach, roughly 10 and a half feet of width and 20 feet or more of overhead clearance for the hoist. Most two-car and three-car drives in Red Mountain Ranch, Augusta Ranch and Superstition Springs take a 20 with the cars moved to the street; a short original single-car drive off a 1950s block ranch is a real constraint and worth a photo first. The reliable obstruction overhead is a palm frond canopy or a mesquite limb over the drive, ahead of carport framing, shade sails and service drops, so look up.
